Fractional, full-cycle seller to build and run our outbound pipeline for scoped technical consulting engagements. Commission-heavy with uncapped upside.

About

Daktic Digital is a boutique technical consultancy. We build the systems where it has to work — APIs, data pipelines, and integrations for organizations in high-stakes, trust-intensive environments (fintech, regulated and compliance-adjacent firms, and large mission-driven organizations).

We're looking for one experienced, full-cycle seller to build and run our outbound pipeline so the founder can stay in the work. This is a part-time, contract role with real ownership and uncapped upside.

What you'd do

  • Own the top of the funnel, end to end. Research target accounts, find the decision-makers, run personalized outbound (email, LinkedIn, warm intros), qualify, and advance deals toward a close.
  • Sell technical consulting engagements, not a product. Our deals are scoped, project-based services ($150k–$300k range) sold to technical buyers.
  • Qualify by shape, not by logo. A good-fit deal is a meaty, technically hard problem in a consequence-heavy setting where correctness matters.
  • Run a real pipeline. Track everything in a CRM, report weekly, and bring back market signal.
  • Work the long game. These are considered, procurement-driven sales with multi-month cycles.

Who you are

  • You've personally sold professional or technical services — consulting, agency, or systems-integration engagements — not SaaS seats.
  • You're full-cycle: you generate your own pipeline and carry it.
  • You can hold an intelligent conversation about APIs, data, and compliance without being an engineer.
  • You're comfortable with a boutique, founder-led environment — high autonomy, light process.
  • Bonus: you've sold for another technical consultancy, dev shop, or data firm, or you have a network in fintech, regulated industries, or large nonprofits.

Compensation

Transparent and weighted toward upside:

  • Base: $4,000–$5,000/month depending on experience (part-time, ~20 hrs/week, output-based).
  • Commission: 10% of first contract value, uncapped.
  • Residuals: 5% of renewals and expansions to clients you brought in.

Logistics

  • Contract / C2C or 1099 — this is not W-2 employment.
  • Remote, flexible hours.
  • No exclusivity, no non-solicit. Commission requires a signed contract and client payment received.
